Our physicians think outside the box and are
constantly monitoring medical research and
advancements to provide our customers with
information that will help drive business deci-
sions and identify ways to expand insurability
in the market. We have partnered with custom-
ers to provide meaningful coverage for people
living with HIV and individuals living with hepa-
titis C, and developed a groundbreaking breast
cancer rating grid and inclusion of breast
cancers into the EDGE Underwriting manual
tumor calculator. Our commitment to expand-
ing insurability is tireless. If a client is looking to
provide coverage to an underserved market,
we want to make this a reality.
In April of this year, we introduced a video
training library in EDGE to provide easily ac-
cessible, concise information to underwriters,
whether they are new and need basic training,
or experienced and want a refresher. Regardless
of experience level, the EDGE videos provide an
effective tool for companies striving for consis-
tent, high quality underwriting decisions.
